Capt. Phillip Lovoy is a seasoned and certified boat captain with over 20 years of experience. He knows all of the secret places that only the “locals” know about in the waters around Beaufort, NC, Cape Lookout, and Shackleford Banks, for the very best shelling, birdwatching, wild horse observing, dolphin spotting, fishing, or exploring.
